Question Keeping track of Triple Crown winners?

Does the game keep track of Triple crown winners at all? I just recently in the 13th year of a custom league had my first Triple Crown winner, and he was on my team! Anyways I couldn't find anywhere that said he accomplished this, not even in his scouting report. Does it say anywhere?

If he wins the Best Batter Award, it will tell you he did it in the Best Batter news story. I haven't seen it any where else.

The only place is in the News section under League News. Unfortunately, it only goes in there after the end of the playoffs, and once you move unto the next season, any reference to it is gone. It would be a nice feature if the game kept that under the Player accomplishments, but it doesn't.

You could edit the accomplishment there yourself if you want...thats what I did when Stan Musial won the only Triple Crown in my leagues history so far.

I make note of Triple Crown Award winners in the lhistory.txt file:
6 American League Chadwick Award :
5 Nap Lajoie (PHA) !! **Triple Crown**
8 He batted .423 in 556 AB, with 14 homers and 124 RBI.

In almost all cases the Triple Crown winner will also win your league's MVP. I also look for and make special note of triple crown winners for pitchers (K's, ERA, & Wins, something the game doesn't recognize) and add it into the league history file and also I add that the pitcher won the triple crown in the news story.

I had one who came VERY close. Fernando Cabezas, he fell 3 batting points short of teammate Gerardo Aguilera.

Code:
Cabezas:

.363 59 150

Aguilera:

.366 7 84
