well mr opinion, i dont really care about getting a plus one on the name next to me.

it was a serious quesyion,i hate playing with fictional players initially.

with people having all the new ballparks, faces etc, i thought their may have been one

I just think he was saying that the time it takes to post that message is probably the same amount of time a search would take on the forum for "real rosters" or "MLB rosters"

wow getting a heated debate

i have downloaded off padre fan website, and i got to say it is great.

i also checked modsquad before i posted so i did look.

the ones iv got i aint worked out how to install to work,

as all i want is one hierarachy of mlb, and the affiliates,

Your options are to checkout the mods forum. There will probably be a few roster sets coming out in the next few weeks. Or you could use lahmen's database and import a historical league up to 2006 that way. I see you found a roster set, so this is for future reference I guess.
