On line league FTP question for F.Montoya

Downloaded the on line league file which of course is put into the saved games folder. Opened up the league, signed in as a guest visitor to view the league. Selected a team, emailed commish. The commish then put another file on his server that gave me control of the team along with a password. All good so far, then...

Hit the Download on line league thing in the menu, FTP window comes up and before long reaches 60% and then hangs... forever. After 30 mins you get a "Not responding message" and/or "Error: Could not download file" message... tried 20 times, same result each time.

I do not have acess to the game setup to check FTP settings, however, the commish logged in as a guest visitor and did indeed download the file. All my anti-virus and firewall stuff is 100% disabled and closed when atempting to download through the game FTP. The FTP download window appears to be working inside the game but obviously is not.

And idea's?
