I wonder how long till everyone starts to replace their avatars with facegen versions of themselves from the game. Are there clowns in the database? Evil clowns?

I don't think the game will be able to make custom facegen faces. The facegen software itself allows it though.

Maybe not, but I could see us all finding either a FaceGen that matches us pretty closely, or using our avatars to display the most twisted, god-awful creations we see produced. As tight as the software must be... we're going to use the living bejesus out of it as an entire community, so if potential blips in the engine exist we'll probably catch them.

I, for one, certainly hope this is the case.

There are certainly faces generated that I would call ugly (which is good, because there are ugly players out there), but I haven't seen any that look inhuman yet.

Yeah, it's one thing to want a freaky looking guy with uneven eyes. At least he is male. But female players? That's unrealistic.
