League Crashes after Divisional Series

I have now run 2 leagues for multiple seasons and in both cases the leagues died after the Divisional Series.

As it prepares to get to the LCS, the game hangs up and then gives me the OOTP Error and closes.

Each time I try to go back into the league to run it again, it hangs up and closes.

Is there some file I need to tweak to make this run properly?

First, are you on the newest patch 1.03? If so, would you be able to upload the league file for me to take a look at? Thanks.

Thanks for responding, how would I be able to send you the file via upload. I appreciate you looking into this for me, I really miss running my solitaire league.

and

They are both in the directory and anything that can be done to resolve these leagues would be awesome.
