Problem with commissioner assigning

Any GMs in my league can play as the commissioner for some reason.

They just have to go to their manager home page and select play in commissioner mode and they have access to everything. They can edit any thing without even entering the commish password.

How is this possible and how can I fix it?

I apologize for the delay in response. Have you tried changing the league password to see if that corrects the issue? If not, can I get a link to your league file so I can try and duplicate. Thanks.

That's part of the problem, when they click play in Commissioner's mode, they don't need to enter a password.

I just downloaded your file and I can't duplicate this. When I click on the commish box, it prompts me for the password and will not let me change to commish mode. Is your league on the latest patch 1.03?

Yeah, I downloaded it as 1.03 when I downloaded it on this computer.

This is confusing, I am prompted for the password every time. Try changing the commish password to something else and see if that somehow fixes the issue.
