College Hoops 2k7 for the XBOX 360
Are you able to download user created rosters online? Just bought the game and won't be home for a few hours yet.

How is the game? Is it any better than 2k6?

First time I've ever had an xbox .. visually it looks better than the PS2 but I'm trying to get used to all the buttons .. speed of the game seems slower.
So I need to buy something else to get the rosters .. seems kinda stupid with the whole on-line thing |

Well no one has access to upload any rosters or anything online, and Sega can't do it because of obvious reasons.

ah the upload thing .. got it. No if I have the Xbox 360 with the hard drive and don't use memory cards is it still possible to use the cheaper device?
Sorry newbie Xbox questions! |

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you are talking about the device to download new rosters which IMO is pretty pointless unless you only play games or play out every game in legacy, but yes it should work.

If someone could give me a specific rundown of the dynasty mode in this game for either 360 or PS3, I would greatly appreciate it.
In past versions I think the max was 30 seasons? Can you go farther now? Also any explanations about recruiting and other features would be helpful. |

Haven't gotten that far yet on the XBOX 360 version yet Marc .. just picked it up yesterday and only played an exhibition game last night .. would prefer to start with real rosters. May just name the 4 teams we'll start with and go from there.
Graphics were solid though .. game play seemed slower. |

So you can control multiple teams? I'm not too familiar with the 2k series but I remember in most of the past College Hoops games you could only control one team. Granted, I had stopped playing College hoops games the last 2 years because I felt they were way behind the Collge Football games. Last edited by marc; 01-26-2007 at 09:34 AM. |

Haven't tried it yet but you can on the PS2 so I'm assuming you can. EA sports for some stupid reason doesn't have multi player franchises in anything but their football games

I think I would always choose the 2k games over EA sports games. I have heard that March Madness is much improved this year, however 2ksports games have had such a lead I cant see them losing it in one year. I would certainly go with 2k7.

I pick up sports games to play with my 17 y/o son. So if it doesn't have multiplayer franchise mode I don't play it. So I've never tried march madness.

2K's dynasty mode is amazing IMO. I thought I could get 50 years but do not take my word on it. Me and my friends can play the multiplayer dynasty for hours and hours. Recruiting has improved, you can recruit Freshman, Sophmore's, Junior's and Seniors now in recruiting, other than that I can't think of any major changes, but I only own 2k5 and 2k6, so no 2k7 yet.
