File not uploading to FTP, or will not work when emailed to league commish?

For a while now, my files, when uploaded to FTP server for my league, have been sporadic at best. Sometimes the pitching rotation works, but the lineups will not. Then the lineups will work, and the 7 day lineup shows up blank. Sometimes the commish apparently gets this message "File not from version 6.5 or 6.12" When I am running 6.5, so nothing is changed in my file. When I email it, it gives the same problems, this only started a couple of months ago, was working just fine up until that point, and there was nothing done to my computer to enhance that. I have tried uninstalling, and reinstalling. But right now, I would try it again, but I cannot even figure out where the "unlicense" part of the game is. Not right clicking on the game shortcut, and not in the control panel, so I am lost there, as well

Anyone from tech have an answer on this? Or anyone else that looks at these forums?

Make absolutely certain that your commissioner is using the absolute latest, patched version of the game. Then make sure you are as well, even if that means you have to uninstall and download again. To unlicense, Go to the OOTP 6.5 directory in the Program Files and you'll see the OOTP 6.5 icon. Right-click on that and you'll see elicense control where you can unlicense the game.
