Change Logo....(1 more reds:))
For the team Big Sky Miners, I just found this great logo. It's from the new Frontier League team, the Southern Illinois Miners. It's a great logo! I wonder how it would look in a circle logo...I love the circle logos! Thanks! |

Yeah, this was a team the Northern League was hoping to bring into the fold, but the Miners opted for the Frontier League instead. Oh, well....

Hey Reds...I was going thru my League stuff today, and realized I forgot a couple things(three actually)...kinda important for a baseball league!
I have 2 leagues in the XPBA: a Western League, and an Eastern League. Here's what I need: 1) a Western League Championship logo, 2) an Eastern League Championship logo, 3) and a XPBA World Series logo. The Western League is represented by the color blue, the Eastern League by red. And like you did with my League logo, I'd like the swingin' friar incorporated into all 3 logos...in some way-shape-or-form. Maybe the old friar from the 60's/70's(first one below) in the Western League, the 'middle' years friar(2nd one below) into the Eastern League, and like you did with the league logo, the 'current' swinging friar into the World Series logo(3rd one below). Maybe do generic league logos too... And I've also included the Jersey Stars logo. They were the Season 7 World Series Champions. If you could incorporate that, make a logo showing they were Season 7 Champs, that would be cool too! OK, I think that's enough for now! <whew!> Thanks again Reds! |

Lancaster, did you have size preference for any of these logos - 300x300 or 150x150?

Here's a couple of ideas for the League Championship logos (the general layout is borrowed from pepeda):

The 2 championship logos are cool! The size is perfect too! Can't wait to see what you come up with for the World Series Logo!
![]() Just wondering though...what would the Western League Championship look like with the 'new' swinging friar(the '3rd' one above)...? Can you do that one...just to see what it looks like? And if you have any suggestions too, I'm open for anything. Thanks! Last edited by Lancaster; 01-06-2007 at 09:02 PM. |

That's a great World Series Logo! Thanks for the change on the Western League Championship. I like it better. Gives it more 'color'.
Just wonder if you could incorporate the XPBA letters into the championship logos... And the Jersey Stars, Season 7 Champs! It's alllll good!!! |

That's cool! Maybe take out the 'swish' by the XPBA letters, and make the XPBA letters bigger, so that part of the letters are in that sun on top. It looks kinda 'blank'...do you know what I mean?

I found this...maybe make the circle stuff blue(s) for the West, and the circle stuff red(s) for the East....(??) No trophy, but the swinging friar(s) in the appropriate League logo. I was thinking along the lines of keeping the League Championship logos pretty much the same 'set-up' like you did...just make them the right colors and right League. Is that ok?

Hey Reds...what program do you use exactly to make all these great logos? I was thinking, since you've helped me out so much, maybe I'll go buy one, so I can do some 'playing' around with logos too. You've inspired me!
Thanks. |
