Professional Baseball Replay League has 2 openings

If you hang around the Dynasty forums, you may have read about the PBRL..

We're a talent-only histo-fictional (real teams, fictional players) 6.5 league currently entering our 5th live season: 1915. The first 10 seasons were simmed to provide a bit of history, and we go through one season every 3 weeks or so.

If you enjoy a fast sim, competitive league with a lot of chatter, the PBRL may be right for you. The 2 open teams are the Chicago White Sox and the St. Louis Browns, both teams on the rise.

The Browns won the first live World Series in 1911, had a bit of a downturn, but are on their way back up with the #6 minor league system.

The White Sox had a string of 2nd and 3rd place finishes, but had a down year in 1914. They expect to bounce back, boasting the #7 system.

Here are some of the current/future features of the PBRL:

An AI-run Federal League that stole away players from each team in 1914
World War I will be coming up sonn
Minimum of 5 sims per week, with the occasional weekend sim.
Live World Series chatroom broadcasts
Random free agents assigned to random teams each year to simulate scouting. I use a spreadsheet to make sure it balances out every 3-4 years.
The order of the first round of each draft is chosen via a weighted lottery to encourage competition
An enhanced Catobase with OPS+, ERA+ and Secondary Average added

I highly recommend this league, Pete is a killer commish and we've got supremely active owners.

Plus, if you join soon you might have a (small) chance at dethroning my Giants, the 1914 champs.

The Boston Red Sox are now available. They're a strong team, coming off a 2nd place finish in the war-shortened 1918 season.

We're heading into the Golden Age of baseball as the power game begins to pick up, and the Red Sox have arguably the top power guy in the AL in Johnny Buck.

There may be another team opening up soon as well....one that's more of a rebuilding project.

The Red Sox have been claimed, but the Detroit Tigers are now available.

They're a bit more of a rebuilding project after past mismanagement, but have some very good young prospects coming up.

It's already a CONSPIRACY! I trade for ABC Deaton, who I am pretty sure had catchers arm of 9, and now he's a 7!!!!!
