No Trades?

Currently i have the demo version, but will be buying the full version soon. When playing, the computer teams don't trade, sign players or do any roster arrangement. Does none of this happen in the demo version or is it a bug?

i suspect its user error

the demo AI is capable of making roster moves, trades, and signings. its actually the exact same game, but time limited for obvious purposes. if you do purchase the game, you wont download a new version. you'll unlock the one you have.

I have gone about 5 months and no trades have happened. I am using MLB2007 from the OOTP Modsquad. Could it be something wrong with those files?

AI Roster management could be turned off. Go to league setup and then click on the other button at the bottom, turn on AI roster management.
