League needs an Expansion GM

The UBL is looking to expand its league in the 2009 season. There are a few things already pre-determined for the expansion team. A set of 6 players, all from the Cleveland Indians will be on the team, 3B Evan Longoria, SP Adam Loewen, SP Josh Kauten, MR Ryan Wagner and LF Thomas Pass, also the team will be in the AL West. Otherwise, everything else is up to the GM to decide. All the team's intangibles, Team Market, Fan Interest, Fan Loyalty will be decided based on which city is selected. There are two things that I ask from any GM wishing to be the expansion GM, one, that they are committed and know that building the team will take some work, and two, can provide a team logo, if you do not know Graphics, there are plenty people in the OOTP community willing to make one, all you have to do is post.

With this expansion team, I will also need a GM for the Cleveland Indians. The previous GM was fired due to cheating, which is why so many players are being sent to the expansion team. Cleveland will be ran by a computer for the remainder of the 2008 season, and until I can get a GM. I would like to get one before the 08-09 offseason begins.
