Active, knowledgable GM looking to join a league

Hey guys. I'm new to this forum, but I'm looking to join a relatively new or new OOTP league. Probably has to be before the 2nd season at the latest. I'm in a couple leagues already, although only one OOTP league. Here's the potential catch. I've almost always GMed low budget, challenging teams like Florida, Montreal etc. For once I kind of want to be one of the top dogs, specifically New York (AL) or Atlanta. If it's a really good league I might also consider Seattle or St. Louis or maybe even Houston. Don't get me wrong, I am not intending to rest on the team's laurels. That's just it. It bugs me when somebody has a team like New York, and then never does anything with them, claiming they are good enough. What's the point of being in the league then? You sound like the perfect GM for my league, North American Pennant League which will start the first season very soon. We still have some teams left, bottom feeders almost all of them. Here are the teams that are still available:
Anaheim
Baltimore
Cleveland
Kansas City
Milwaukee
Philadelphia
Tampa Bay
Toronto
