OTBA looking for a new owner for Effingham
The owner of Effingham in the OTBA had to step down. We've just finished the 2012 season, and the off-season will begin next week. This is a good time to take over a team, as you'll have time to gt to know your team before needing to make any moves. PM me if you are interested in taking over this team. The OTBA is still on OOTP 6.5.
