Just MLB Rosters

I downloaded the World Beta, but it runs too slow to be enjoyable for me. I was wondering if Cubby's release by itself is good for a career simulation. Are the creation modifiers good, and also, do MLB players stay in MLB and not sign in other leagues? Thanks.

If you want MLB only go with Cubbies or Rolen's. Both can be found here: www.ootpmodsquad.com.
