Boys of Summer League Restarts - 4 Owners Needed

The Boys of Summer League ran from 2005 to the end of 2012, where it restarted by a vote of the owners.

Three owners were not asked to return, one declined to return due to time constraints. The current owners have finished selecting their new teams, and we are now opening to the public the four remaining teams.
