Continue button is ghosted

I posted this in tech support but that forum seems dead so...

I've always played in commissioner mode and I decided to make a manager and handle just one team with a different GM, but after playing one game out, I can't advance to the next day. If I choose my other GM which is set to be a commissioner, I can advance, but once I choose my new manager I can't.

BTW, the auto play menu is also ghosted, so how do I continue to the next day? Is this a bug or am I just missing something?

Sounds like you have online mode enabled. Either check that and disable it, or switch to commish mode, advance and switch back to normal again.

Thank you!

I never play online, but I had checked online mode so I could export the htmls and I didn't realize this would be a side effect.
