Pitchers pulled after 5 inn

It seems when I sim a game, the pitchers always seem to get pulled after about 5 innings. i am using the Cubby MLB set. Any ideas on how to tweak this?

You can adjust the "Pinch hit for Pitcher" setting in Game set-up to be less likely....

There are also settings for how quickly to hook a pitcher. Also, you have have pitcher endurance set to very low, which means that many of them will be fatigued early in the game. But if you're using default strategy settings and pitcher endurance is set to low or normal, then it would be unusual to see pitchers routinely being pulled unless they were doing poorly in the game.
