Looking for MLB colors, not logos

I am looking for the RRGGBB codes for the official team colors of the MLB teams. Some teams have special greys or 3rd or 4th colors which are not reflected in the OOTP defaults.

I'm programming our league's discussion board to have color schemes of the various team colors and so the hex coding is needed.

Any ideas of where this wonderful list could be?

Not quite sure if this is what you're looking for but the 2006 logo forum has this thread talking about hex colors for MLB.
