Help Loading Game

I just bought the game for Mac, installed ok. I bought the license and got an email with my serial number.

Whenever I start the game it sends me back to the "purchase" screen; if you click cancel, a black screen appears that does not go away unless you force quit the game.

Any suggestions as to what to do? I shouldnt have to buy the game multiple times.

Did you "license" the game when the game opened? If not when it takes you to the purchase screen there should be an option to "license" on the screen select that then enter the license number you were emailed.

We have a rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
