How to type accents in the game

Anyone know how to type accents in the game? This woudl be for the latest 1.02 patch. I can get Windows to do it (in notepad or something) using the 'e method or even the alt-0233 method, but neither work in the game.

Can you type the characters in Notepad and copy & paste them into the game?

I'll double check tonight but I don't believe so...I right click and 'paste' is not an option.

Ctrl-v works as paste.

Can someone confirm, does this work on a Mac as well? Or only PC?
