Is there a way to set up an international league with teams from all over the world? The game dosn't seem to want to let me

not exactly. you'd have to create a game with whatever origin country (USA for example) and the cities you want (amsterdam, berlin, brussels, etc). when the universe is generated, youll have to go into each teams options in commish mode and change the country of the city.

so, if you have madrid in a league with USA as its origin, itll appear as madrid, iowa. you can then change it to spain and it will display appropriately as madrid, spain. unfortunately, you still have the one origin country whether its USA, Spain or whatever. there's no multi-country international type origin. hope that made sense.
