Firing your low class staff for high class staff. But how?

Hi all,

I'm getting very annoyed with my coaches and scouts because they suck. Bad ratings cause me to guess which position a player should bat and play in. I do have some SISA ratings but they are by far not enough to cover the info I need. As a Triple A manager having lost the first three games and my players having very low averages, I want to take some action.

How do I hire new staff? It seems when I fire my personnel, I can't hire anyone else.

And how do I convince my GM to get some better players for me if it looks like they're not even good enough to be Double A's?

You're a Triple A manager, I don't think you really have much say.

Ok. And if I was a GM? How do you hire the personnel? When I click on names on the Staff Search, I can only put them on the shortlist. That was with the fisrt version. I don't know if it has changed.

You have to right click on the name, there isnt a button in the lower right hand corner.
