I'm Looking for a good OOTP 2006 league

I'm a very very active GM and have been in many leagues. I'm just looking for something different. I'm preferably looking for a league that is in its early stages but anything will do really. Also I have 3 to 4 other people that are interested in Joining a 2006 league If you have any more openings.

Anyways though a few things I'm looking for in a league are:
Ootp 2006
lots of activity
Consitant Comish

Also I would like to stat some of my experiance

I Have 3 World Series under my belt
Many Playoff appearances
My league experiance consists of leagues like:
SBA (cards) WS wins in only 2 years of league
SBA2 (cards) 90+ wins in lone year
ESBL (Royals) 2 WS appearnces and 1 won in 4 years
Kosstics (BoSox) 3 Playoffs in 5 years
Danks (Pirates) Rebuild
PSB (Cards) 3 Playoffs in 4 years
RBL (nats) Currently Rebuilding 2nd year

There have been other leagues to but none that lasted long

I am also 22 Since I know some comishes don't like young guys

Also I don't have the new game and have no plans on buying it anytime soon. So i need a league that I don't need the game to join.
