random cities?

In the new patch, the random cities function when a new league is created still results in the same old cities being created repeatedly (Glendale, Yonkers, Aurora, Lubbock, etc). I had Philadelphia come up in a 32 team league 5 times at one point recently.

Any fix in the new patch?
