Scout report error?

I have noticed that in some of my scout's reports they tell me something like my reliever has had 13 save opportunities and converted 8 of them for a 100% save percentage. In these cases I belive it is a problem with the program understanding how many actual save opportunities the rliever has had.

Or, it may be a simple math error. I've noticed that the program doesn't do math very well. It'll add up scouting reports saying a player has a power number of 100+100+100+100+94+92 and tell me the average is 100 when it should be 98. Sometimes the computed average will be ten points or more off from the actual average, always on the high side.

These errors might be easier to track down if we could see the actual in-game information--quoted text from a displayed message, maybe a screenshot if that's applicable.

Definitely a bug, I confirmed it. I have logged this as TT # 2503.
