Injury Notification Blocked by E-mail

I've been having this through all iterations of the game and should have posted earlier. If a player gets injured on a day when I receive an e-mail to my inbox, like a scouting report, I don't get a notification despite settings to give me a notification anytime a player gets injured and is out for 3 or more days or suffers a DTD greater than 5%. It appears that the e-mail "blocks" the notification.

It's not been a problem in the sense that I know to check my roster anytime I receive an e-mail to make sure nobody is hurt. Probably it ought to be addressed.

Anyone else seen this issue?

We've reviewed this issue with Markus, and unfortunately it's not something that we'll be able to fix in the 1.0.3 patch. So, it will be tabled until the 2007 release. However, I have made sure it gets on that list.
