Auto-Save

I'm new to the game, and I'm no programmer, so I don't want to screw up my database, but I have downloaded the Cubby-Rolen set, and have been updating it, but is there anyway I can turn off the game automatically saving before exiting? Or is there a better to update rosters besides using the in-game editor? Thanks.

You can't turn off the Auto-Save, I don't think. The only other way to edit rosters is to export the data, edit it, then re-import it, but Cubby/Rolen rosters have problems with this (problems which will be fixed in the next patch, I hear!), so you'd need someone smarter than me for that.

What exactly is the process for importing/exporting data? And what programs can be used?
