Historical Sims ends 1929??

Hi, I started a historical sim in 1901 and when I arrived at the year 1929, it would no longer continue. Like I couldn't advance in time. I believe I messed around with some stuff, but is this typical? I know the rosters I am using are good until the 2000s.
