Hello, It's been awhile since I've done this. Could someone please point me in the direction to find out how I go about uploading league files from the internet into the game? Thanks

Sorry if I've misunderstood, but are you looking for a modern-day roster set?

Well, CubbyFan and Rolen's rosters are available from www.themodsquad.com , it's still in beta so not everything will be perfect, but it's getting better all the time. There should be instructions with the file.
