What are people doing while they await the release of a 2006 roster set?

Fictional Leagues

Using a data base

Just waiting

Playng 6.5

(This is in no way meant to be a slap at anyone who may create a roster set, just a general question)

imported 6.5 fictional AND started a new season using cubs real 6.5 MLB rosters.

for me I NEED both the fictional and the real fix - one or the other doesn't cut it for me.

Doing Historical Replays right now. Running a lot better with the new patch, but still seeing Pitchers get shipped to the bullpen at 30.

i just can't fool around with fictional and i don't think the 2006 rosters are set up for the 2006 edition so i am just playing around trying to get familiar with the game.

when i say i don't think the 2006 rosters are set up for the game what i mean is that generally the rosters had about 30 or so real minor leaguers and now the game supports 90-150 and i am wondering if the new rosters will have the expanded minor leaguers.

What I AM waiting for is the time period of ten minutes after the real roster set comes out and the board is flooded with posts about how the ratings for THEIR team are completely wrong and about how the roster set (and the game of course) is unplayable.

That why I wish ootp 2006 had it where you can just input the real stats of the real players and the game will output the correct rating for the players.
