Searching by coahing strategy?

Is there a way to search for scouts/coaches based on their strategies? Or to edit the strategies?

I am trying to put together a club that favors OBP much higher than everage, and currently I am clicking on every single scout/coach until I find ones with strategies I like. Any suggestions?

Play in commissioner mode. I THINK this allows you to adjust them.

As far as I can tell, you can edit the ratings, but not the strategy sliders. Am I missing something here?

if youre patched to 1.02 you can edit any coaches strategy sliders in commissioner mode; this is new to this patch.

Being able to edit personnel strategies is one thing, if you're playing a God's-view game; being able to find personnel with the characteristics you want, without "cheating" to create them, is an entirely separate matter.

This would be a excellent addition to the search features, for those that don't like to play in commish mode.
