Any Foreign Name File Edits?

just wondering... have seen a lot of U.S. edits but no one really messing around with frequencies/amount of names for foreign nations.... anyone working on this?

what are you looking for specifically to have been edited?

I may provide some Cuban names if I get around to it (I did some for OOTP4, unpublished) though I don't quite know how different it would be from the current Hispanic nameset.
