Starting a new fictional league, http://sixtiesbaseball.com, dedicated to the 1960's of baseball. The league starts in 1960, with proper financials and era settings. For the complete rules go to http://sixtiesbaseball.com/constitution.htm

--Two leagues, the Pacific Coast League and the Atlantic Shore League
--Each league contains eight teams. Division winner makes playoffs.
--Create your own team/nickname, and design your own ballpark
--Fifteen round initial draft on the message board to select your foundation
