League Totals

I am being a dunderhead here. I know I read of a post where someone posted suggested league totals for the first year of a historical league but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have these suggested totals? I have tried totals I used for 6.5 but homeruns seem off.

Actually those 6.5 totals should work fine, you just need to tweak the modifiers - that's the key in 2006.
