Inaugural Draft Financial Question

First a Front Office screen from the first day of my league, before the inaugural draft:

Now, the same Front Office immediatly following the draft:

I understand filling in the Last Season Overview, but I have to question where $10,000,000 disappeared too. (Patched game - default financials). Unless someone can explain this to me, I think this is a (minor) bug.
