OOTP Not Starting

I try to open OOTP and it opens to the SI front page loading sreen. There's a spot at the bottom as usual that says loading, it finishes loading and looks like it's going to go to the main page and OOTP just closes. It has no error or warning site, just shuts off.

Uninstall and reinstall.

having the same problem. reinstalling/redownloading did not help.

In XP: Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services. Make sure LicCtrl is enabled.
