Player Search?

First, is there no way to search and see in the player search only players that are currently in triple A, or double A, etc? I can bring them all up, but can't filter by contract or level?

Second, is there a way (I'm sure if I tried hard enough I could click around the player until I found a hotlink to the teams page and then see affiliation from there but still...) to see what organization a player plays for? I see a hot prospect I'd like to trade for, but have to find what team he's currently on, find that particular team, then have to try and find it's affiliation to a major league squad so I can try and do a trade... is there a way of finding this without the 100 clicks and multitudes of seconds waiting for screen to pop up?

And finally third, is there (or at least there should be) a way to find out if a manager, coach, or doctor would work with you or accept a position on your minor league opening without having to have the opening? If there's only 1 manager worth anything on the available list, and mine isn't doing his job I should really be able to tell if he would even take the spot before I tell mine to take a hike.
