How Long for Potential?

I was just curious...how long does it take the player to get to their "potential"?

Well, it's modelled after real life. Some guys reach it in just a few years, some it takes 6 or 7, some never make it. There really isn't a set amount of time. This is part of the challenge of the game is figuring out who will reach their potential and when.

While Steve is correct in stating that there really isn't a set amount of time, I can assure you that it's much longer than ten games.

LOL...I knew that. I was just curious if it was a few seasons or more. I guess, like you said...it is part of the game. Thanks guys.

I read the other thread first as well, and ended up thinking the exact same thing!
