**** OOTP 4.1 update released ****

OK, the update is done and tested, here is the file:

OOTP 4.1 update

Enhances/Tweaks:

- Added FTP import/export of free agent offers for online leagues
Players can export their offers of the current round to the FTP server, while
the commish may import all offers with a single command!
The import/export works without FTP as well.
- Moved the team news directly into the team menu
- Fixed a bug which occured when cancelling spring training and caused the league date
to be incorrect.
- Improved player development algorythms, resulting in more variety in player development
- Improved financial AI, teams now bid more aggressively on free agents
- Improved trading AI
- The backup/restore feature now includes the box scores and the news folder
- The free agent report now works properly with the "talent ratings only" set
- Improved minor league roster management AI
- Fixed save scoring logic
- The AI will now use day-to-day injured starting pitchers at times as well
- Eliminated spring trainig exploits
- The AI will no longer change primary positions of players on human controlled teams
- Fixed cycle history bug
- Fixed spelling mistakes
- Fixed some small bugs

This is not the final OOTP 4 update/patch. We will have another one soon which will include the trade counter offer command.

One question:
I noticed that it was patched to offer free agents contracts, has the extension process also included in this?

By that I mean do the commishes of online leagues still have to manually enter every offer from owners?

I would try this myself but waiting one more sim for everyone in the league to get patched up.
