Catobase - convert and edit DAT files

While using catobase (6.1.4) I'm in the process of "import stats." I keep getting an importing error message saying that

"there is a problem importing around line 528 in the file \players.csv.

The most likely cause is an invalid character the Nickname or Homestate fields."

How can I fix this? Where is the file at so I can go look at line 528?

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
