A few Noob Questions

first of all i just want to say i love the game, still getting used to it all as there is so much to learn. Anyway here are my questions.

1- If i dont make the playoffs my first year, do i automatically get fired from my team? Just asking cause i am really getting attached to my players on my team but not sure if im auctuly gonna make the playoffs, and i see on my manager screen that the owner wants me to make the playoffs.

2- Do you guys usuely take your players that are on a cold streek out for a few games, or do you just leave em in and hope they can get a few hits to break the cold streek?

3- is there some kind of picture pack that will give all the players in the league pictures, just curious cause it would rock to auctuly see real pics of the guys im playing and such

well im sure ill think of some other questions in a few days or so but thats about it for all.

Love the game and cant stop playing it, my girlfriend seems to be getting mad lol

1. I think it's more if you don't meet the manager's expectations. I have been told "try to finish above .500" and only won 40% of my games.... I survived but was fired in the next year when we had a horrible start.

2. I don't take players on a cold streak out but that's just me.

3. There's a picture pack for ML players but I don't know about for fictional players. I'd look in the mod forum for info on this.
