How do I open a quickstart that I downloaded?

First, save the downloaded quickstart under game folder -> data -> quickstart_games. Then, open up the game and select "Quickstart Game" from the Main screen. You'll have your quickstarts in a list at the top of your new window. After clicking on one, select "Create Game" at the bottom and wait for the league generation to complete. All done
