CTD when pitcher injured on last out of the inning

I was playing out a game and my pitcher got injured during the play that happened to be the third out of the inning. When I hit "enter" to continue I got a "OOTP2006.exe has encountered an error and must be closed" pop-up and the game closed.

It was the top of the 10th inning.

I've had a lot of pitcher injuries in this league, although I can't say for certain that any happened on the last play of an inning, and I've never had a CTD prior to installing the patch.

Have you seen this since installing the latest patch? Searching, I haven't run across any new reports? Do you think this was addressed?
