"Historical league import failed!" please help

I keep getting the "Historical league import failed!" error message when I try to start an historical season. I downloaded the Lahman 5.3 comma del. version and have it on my hard drive, click on it w/in the game, but can't get it to load. Can someone please help me? The biggest reason I got to game was to simulate historical seasons.

When selecting the files, you have to select 'master.csv' then hit import.

I do. BUt when I click Import League, it doesn't work...
