1. How do you turn off injuries?
2. How do you have a league where all the players are from one state, and the league is in one state?
3. How do you import single players?

1. game drop-down -> game setup -> global setup -> injury & fatigue options -> uncheck "enable injuries"
2. Yes, by modifying the nations file. Check out the customization guide for details.
3. From the free agent page, you can select "import historical player"

I read the customization manual but I still dont get it.
