Baltimore Black Sox LOGO REQUEST

Can someone make me a circle logo using the attached logo? The outer rung should be in black with red trim, white lettering with red outline saying "BALTIMORE BLACKSOX".

I hope this is what you meant, edog23. I made the transparent background into a white non-transparent one.
