no way to fix 'Joe' bug?

i went through the first name files, and noticed that their wern't any abnormalities in the frequenices listed for 'Joe' names. I added tons of names to the first name file, and held a inargural draft, and the 'joe' problem seemed to have been solved....but when i had an ameteur draft, all the 'joes' were back again.... this must be an internal problem and not a problem with the name database. Names are very important to me, and all the 'Joes' drive me nuts.

i hope it's addressed...it's not listed with the patch as of now.

Yah but that patch list hasn't been updated for two days. I'm guessing the final changelog will be much bigger.
