Missing Waiver Tab

It appears waivers are only tabbed for the top league. When starting my league I checked Japan before the US, so Japan is listed first in the league drop downs. No biggie, except the Nippon leage is the only league with a waivers tab on the transaction page. I checked the league settings and MLB and the MEX league both have waiver wires set for three days, but only the Nippon League has the Waiver tab to look for players placed on waivers..

When you say Waiver Tab, do you mean it's missing from the Transaction Screen or missing from the pulldown tab to select Waivers to be displayed on the screen? I know that's not as clear as I'd like, but is it possible one of your transaction boxes simply need changed to display waivers? Or like I tried to ask

there IS no waivers display option in your pulldown in any of those sections?

The waiver tab that is supposed to be between free agents and player trade on the transaction screen is only available for the Nippon League, (the top League in my Legue pull down menu). I do not have access to it in the MLB or MEX league even though they have waiver period set for three days.

The waiver tab also seems to disappear when the draft pool is made available. The draft tab bumps the waiver tab into nonexistence.
