Problem

I installed the game then i got a friend to buy it and he gives me the code then it just goes away and every time i try to open it...it says theres an error so i uninstall then install and it still does it..does anyoy know whats wrong?

Do you have the most recent versions of direct X and your video drivers installed on your PC? If not or you aren't sure that could be the cause of your problem.
